Position Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for
our customers. You'll handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, assist
with scheduling, and ensure a seamless customer experience from start to finish.
This is a dynamic role that extends beyond answering phones. The position
involves a variety of administrative, reporting, customer communication, and
lead management responsibilities. Success in this role requires someone who is
organized, adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable shifting between multiple
priorities throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and
efficiency
- Respond promptly to new customer inquiries and leads
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with field technicians
- Maintain accurate customer records using spreadsheets and office software
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting tasks with accuracy and
attention to detail
* Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other
communication channels
- Educate customers on the importance of dryer vent cleaning services
- Assist with administrative projects and operational support as needed
- Deliver exceptional customer service that builds trust and loyalty
Required Qualifications (Must-Have)
* Minimum of 3 years of experience handling high-volume inbound AND outbound
calls
- Strong proficiency in spreadsheets and word processing software
- Ability to multitask across multiple systems while maintaining accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional demeanor with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle a variety of
responsibilities throughout the day
* Versatile, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced
environment
* Team-oriented mindset with openness to feedback and coaching
Work Schedule & Location
- Full-time: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Location: Patterson, NY (in-office position)
