Join an established Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility program that has served patients across the Upper Midwest for more than 30 years. As the only established comprehensive IVF program in the region, this practice offers the rare opportunity to step into a thriving referral base while helping shape the next chapter of a growing fertility center. Recruitment is driven by significant unmet patient demand, expansion of IVF capacity, and a thoughtful succession plan that includes a future Medical Director opportunity. You'll partner with an experienced REI physician, an outstanding embryology team, and a dedicated fertility support staff in a highly collaborative environment designed to deliver exceptional patient outcomes. Position, Compensation & Organization Highlights

• Join the only established comprehensive IVF program in the region with a 30-year history of fertility care
• Serve a regional referral base of approximately 1-1.5 million patients in the Upper Midwest
• Opportunity to help expand a high-demand fertility program with future Medical Director succession planning
• Practice alongside an experienced REI physician with mentorship available for new graduates
• Comprehensive fertility services including IVF, ICSI, embryo transfer, fertility preservation, egg freezing, male infertility evaluation, recurrent pregnancy loss, PCOS management, and oncofertility
• Established IVF program performing approximately IVF cycles annually with substantial opportunity for growth
• Dedicated fertility team including 2 APPs, 4 fertility nurses, 2 LPNs, 2 IVF coordinators, 3 experienced embryologists, and a dedicated Genetic Counselor
• On-site embryology and andrology laboratory with CAP accreditation and 27 years of SART participation
• Light shared call approximately every fifth week with minimal after-hours responsibilities and hospitalist support for admissions
• Two-year guaranteed $630,000 base salary
• $200,000 recruitment and retention incentive forgiven over three years
• Productivity model, with current earning potential exceeding $700,000 annually
