Position Overview As a Family Law Associate Attorney, you will handle a variety of family law matters, including divorce, custody, child support, property division, domestic violence, and more. This is a full‑time, in‑office position, offering a dynamic and fast‑paced environment with opportunities for professional growth. Responsibilities Manage a caseload of family law matters from start to finish. Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and agreements. Attend hearings, trials, depositions, and mediations. Work closely with clients to develop case strategies and provide guidance throughout the legal process. Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure excellent client service. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in Maryland (required). Seeking 2-5 years of family law experience.
