AMN Healthcare is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Gastroenterologist to join a growing Gastroenterology program in the Augusta metro area. Practice in a new 100-bed medical center serving one of Georgia's fastest-growing communities while enjoying strong earning potential, a growing patient base, and the opportunity to help shape a developing service line. This hybrid opportunity combines outpatient care, inpatient consults, and procedures in a collaborative environment designed to support long-term success. Open to both graduating fellows and experienced physicians.

Opportunity Highlights:

• $600,000 guaranteed compensation for two years.
• Uncapped productivity bonus opportunity.
• Additional quality and financial incentive compensation.
• $40,000 sign-on bonus.
• $20,000 relocation assistance.
• Hybrid practice with outpatient clinic, inpatient consults, and procedures.
• Shared call model.
• No EUS or ERCP requirements.
• Planned Advanced Practice Provider support.
• Open to fellows and experienced physicians.
• H-1B and J-1 visa support available.
