Note: Compensation will be 1099, based on each contract we provide you, and will vary from contract to contract. Summary As a Janitorial Subcontractor, you will be essential in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various commercial spaces. Reporting to the Regional Office, your core responsibilities will include floor care, custodial tasks, and general cleaning duties. With your janitorial and custodial experience, you will ensure that all areas are well‑maintained and presentable. Your premium skills in industrial cleaning and facilities maintenance will enhance our operational efficiency. Join us in creating a clean and welcoming environment for all. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of commercial spaces, ensuring high standards of cleanliness following our scope of work. Manage floor care tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and buffing surfaces. Handle custodial duties such as waste disposal and restroom sanitation. Collaborate with facility management and our office to address janitorial needs and ensure a safe environment. Utilize appropriate commercial cleaning supplies and equipment while adhering to safety protocols. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for the duration of the shift. Must be able to successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
