As a member of the Consumer Insights Field Team, you’ll be responsible for conducting guest satisfaction surveys year-round, ensuring unbiased and high‑quality data collection. Perform survey research by using proper interviewing techniques and adhering to strict methodologies and guidelines. Meet assigned quota for survey collection. Record respondent’s answers with 100% accuracy, including typing respondent’s verbal answers to survey questions. Promote and provide extraordinary guest service for both internal and external guests; answer questions, offer information, and provide assistance in a courteous manner. Understand and demonstrate the proper use of safety practices and ensure department standards are maintained and safety policies for the Park upheld. Monitor and maintain a safe and secure environment for both team members and guests of all ages, following all company guidelines and protocols. Identify, de‑escalate, and resolve conflicts or disturbances professionally and effectively to maintain a positive atmosphere. Provide a positive and welcoming experience for guests of all ages while maintaining composure during difficult interactions. Maintain a high level of trust and integrity to promote a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues of all ages. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Must be 18 years old or older. High school diploma or GED. Customer service experience. Job Demands Must be able to walk or stand for extended periods of time. Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. The noise level is generally moderate to high. Team members are subject to a variety of weather conditions, including but not limited to heat, sun exposure, cold, and inclement weather. Work can be almost exclusively outdoors depending on the assigned location. Schedule Must be available to work at least 4 days per week throughout the peak seasons to include a rotation of mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Pay $20 per hour.
