Together, we champion continuous innovation and collaboration in our mission to redefine senior care across the country.Job SummaryInfinite Medical Group is seeking a dedicated Palliative Care Physician to provide comprehensive, person-centered palliative and symptom-management services to residents in long-term care settings. This role is ideal for a physician passionate about improving quality of life, guiding goals-of-care discussions, and supporting residents and families as they navigate complex medical decisions.ResponsibilitiesDeliver palliative and supportive care services to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care facilitiesConduct comprehensive assessments focusing on symptom management, functional status, and quality of lifeManage complex chronic and advanced illnesses with a comfort-focused, patient-centered approachLead goals-of-care and advance care planning conversations with residents and familiesCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including facility staff and primary care providersDevelop, implement, and monitor individualized symptom-management and treatment plansOrder and interpret diagnostic tests when clinically appropriatePrescribe medications and evaluate ongoing treatment effectivenessEducate residents, families, and facility staff on disease progression, treatment options, and care expectationsComplete all required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely mannerMaintain a compassionate, respectful, and supportive care environmentRequirementsActive and unrestricted MD licenseMinimum 2 years' experience in palliative care in a hospital or nursing home–based programCertification in palliative care is a plusBoard Certification or Board Eligibility in Palliative Medicine, Hospice & Palliative Medicine, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related specialtyStrong communication skills with the ability to navigate sensitive and emotionally complex situationsCommitment to elder care, comfort-focused medicine, and interdisciplinary collaborationBenefitsCompetitive salary Per annum: $250,000 - $300,000HealthDentalVision401KCompany-Sponsored Life InsurancePaid Time OffMalpractice insurance coveragePaid subscription to Up-to-DateWhy Work With Us?Make a meaningful impact on the lives of seniors and their familiesWork in a collaborative, compassionate, and patient-centered care environmentEnjoy work-life balance and a mission-driven team cultureEqual Opportunity EmployerInfinite Medical P.C. is an equal-opportunity employer.
