Our client, a dynamic and growing boutique Law firm, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join their team. This is a fully remote role and an exciting opportunity for a driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting impactful legal work. Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of personal injury and sexual abuse cases from inception through resolution, including litigation support. Conduct legal research, organize case data, and track lawsuits. Prepare, review, and file legal documents such as pleadings, subpoenas, discovery requests, and trial exhibits. Maintain positive client relationships, schedule meetings, and keep clients informed on case progress. Coordinate with attorneys, witnesses, and experts for depositions, hearings, and trials. Assist attorneys with trial preparation, assembling trial binders and organizing evidence. Manage and prioritize a moderate caseload in a collaborative team environment. Key Attributes Self‑starter with a 24/7 mentality. Passionate about personal injury law and client advocacy. Strong collaborator with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to multi‑task effectively in a fast‑paced setting. Adaptable and proactive in problem‑solving. Personal injury litigation experience preferred but not required. Sexual abuse experience preferred but not required. Proficiency with legal case management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Healthcare–50% paid by employer.
