\n The Production Associate supports manufacturing operations by preparing, coating, and assembling metal enclosures and components used in industrial power systems.\n

\n

\n  \n

\n Job Duties\n

\n

\n
• Prepare metal parts for powder coating 
\n
• Apply powder coating using spray equipment 
\n
• Load and unload materials and components 
\n
• Assist with assembly of enclosures and equipment 
\n
• Inspect finished products for quality and consistency 
\n

\n

\n Pay\n

\n

\n $17.00-19.00+/hourly experienced base pay \n

\n

\n  \n

\n

\n Schedule Times:\n

\n

\n Monday – Friday\n
\n 1st: 7:00am-3:00pm\n

\n

\n 2nd: 3:00pm-11:00pm\n

\n

\n 3rd: 11:00pm- 7:00am\n

\n

\n  \n

\n

\n Experience or Skills Requirements\n

\n

\n
• 1+ year manufacturing or production experience preferred but willing to train!
\n
• Experience with powder coating or painting a plus 
\n
• Ability to lift, move, and handle metal parts 
\n
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards 
\n
• Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment 
\n
