React Native Engineer Remote Long term Required Skills: - Proficiency in React Native development with a strong understanding of JavaScript, ES6+, and TypeScript. Experience in building complex, scalable, and performance-optimized mobile applications using React Native components and APIs.

Lead the development and maintenance of high-quality, cross-platform mobile applications using React Native, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Implement scalable and performant solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and mobile development standards.
Collaborate across android, iOS and Ionic capacitor teams.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and QA teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and drive project success.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in React Native development, evaluate new tools and libraries, and make recommendations for adoption.
Drive innovation in mobile development processes, tooling, and workflows to improve efficiency, code quality, and developer productivity.
Proactively identify and address technical challenges, performance bottlenecks, and scalability issues in React Native applications.
Foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement within the mobile development team.
Act as a subject matter expert on React Native development, participate in technical discussions, and contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing efforts.

Active participation in the React Native community, contributions to open-source projects, and relevant certifications would be advantageous.
