Role Description The Solar Technician is a full‑time hybrid role based in Garden Grove, CA, with some flexibility for remote work. The technician will install, maintain, and repair solar power systems, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting system issues, conducting routine inspections and maintenance, and supporting customers by addressing inquiries and providing solutions for solar power systems. Collaboration with team members and adherence to safety protocols is essential to the role. Qualifications Knowledge of Solar Systems, Solar Industry, and Solar Power technology Experience with Troubleshooting and maintaining Power Generation systems Strong problem‑solving skills with attention to detail and a focus on safety Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Relevant certifications in solar technology or electrical work are a plus Excellent communication skills and a customer service mindset Physical ability to perform outdoor work, including rooftop installations Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for job sites #J-18808-Ljbffr EcoSolar USA
