Key responsibilities Design and optimize user experiences for ecommerce checkout and payment flows, focusing on conversion and usability Develop and maintain design systems and frameworks, ensuring accessibility compliance and collaboration with cross-functional teams Conduct user research and validation through usability testing and A/B testing to inform data-driven design decisions Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications Proven experience in designing user-centered digital products with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design ownership Expertise in Figma and familiarity with design tools like Miro or Adobe Suite Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA standards and experience in creating accessible and inclusive UI Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fluent UI and exposure to component-based design using React or Angular
