Temporary Working in U.S.A. (H2B)

The H2B project is a full-time work project in the United States with a working period of 1-3 years. Once the applicant starts working, they will not be able to change jobs.

Job Type: Assistant Waiter/Waitress Position

Workplace: Tropicana Casino & Resort, Atlantic City, New Jersey, USA

Compensation: The regular hourly wage is nine dollars and twenty-five cents. Overtime pay is ten dollars and twenty-five cents per hour. Work must not be less than forty hours per week. If working more than this, it will be considered overtime. Work six days a week, with each day working seven hours normally, equals nine dollars and twenty-five cents multiplied by seven equals sixty-four dollars and seventy-five cents per day. Multiplied by twenty-six days equals one thousand six hundred eighty-eight dollars and seventy-five cents, converted to thirty-one baht per one dollar equals fifty-two thousand two hundred one baht per month. If working two overtime hours per day, each hour ten dollars and twenty-five cents, equals twenty dollars and fifty cents per day added to sixty-four dollars and seventy-five cents per day equals eighty-six dollars and seventy-five cents per day. Multiplied by twenty-six days equals two thousand two hundred twenty-six dollars. Converted to thirty-one baht per one dollar equals sixty-eight thousand nine hundred sixty-nine baht per month.

Estimated monthly salary including tips ranges from one hundred thousand to one hundred thirty thousand baht.

Accommodation and Meals: The employer will provide accommodation at a monthly rent of one hundred twenty-five dollars, including eight hundred fifty dollars for security deposit, which will be refunded at the end of the contract. The employer will also provide free meals during working hours. The employer will arrange for air travel, which will be deducted from the employee's monthly salary.

Excluded Costs: Airfare, which will be deducted from the employee's monthly salary.

Applicant Qualifications: Age between twenty-eight and forty years, able to communicate in English face-to-face and answer phone calls, good health, and suitable for the job position.

Application Documents: The application process will take about one month from the date the employer in the United States receives the documents. Required documents include a completed application form and a one hundred fifty thousand baht deposit, an English-language resume, a full-body photograph.

Application Steps: Read the project details and complete the application form. Step 1: Submit an English-language work history, a full-body photograph, and a one hundred fifty thousand baht deposit. Step 2: Submit documents to the employer for review, approximately three working days. The employer will respond if not selected. The one hundred fifty thousand baht deposit will be refunded. If selected, proceed to the next step for visa application documents. Step 3: Complete various application forms to be reviewed by the United States and the U.S. embassy in Thailand, and pay a processing fee of four thousand five hundred baht. The document review takes about one month. If approved, proceed to the next step. If not approved, the company will refund three thousand baht to the applicant. Step 4: Pay the final fee of one hundred twenty thousand baht, receive the air ticket from the employer, and proceed to work in the United States.

Total application cost: One hundred eighty thousand baht.
