Job Summary:The Marketing Graphic Designer supports the Marketing team by creating high-quality visual communications that strengthen the IES brand and support company initiatives. This role provides creative support across print, digital, social media, events, recruiting, internal communications, public relations, client support, and customer-facing marketing materials.As an entry-level position, the Marketing Graphic Designer collaborates with the Marketing, Public Relations, and Client Support teams to deliver creative projects that support internal and external communications, customer engagement, and business growth. This role helps meet the growing demand for design support while maintaining brand consistency across the organization.Job Duties and Responsibilities: Design marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, one-pagers, case studies, and presentationsCreate graphics for social media, email campaigns, website updates, and digital advertisingDesign event materials including signage, banners, booth graphics, name badges, programs, and promotional itemsDevelop internal communications, newsletters, recognition programs, and company announcementsPrepare artwork for print production and coordinate with vendors when neededMaintain brand consistency across all marketing materialsAssist with photography selection, image editing, and basic video graphicsOrganize and maintain design files and brand assetsSupport website graphics and landing page imageryCollaborate with content writers, event coordinators, and marketing leadership to deliver projects on scheduleManage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environmentMinUSD $25.00/Hr.
